Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 3, 2025
Your privacy is important to STEM Minds Corp. (“STEM Minds”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with the Crop Help website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
By using the Services, you agree — and if you are under the age of majority, your parent/legal guardian agrees on your behalf — to be bound by this Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and update the effective date. Depending on the circumstances, we may also notify you by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
A Special Note for Parents & Legal Guardians
Wherever we refer to “children” or a “child,” we mean children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Please help protect your children’s privacy by instructing them not to provide personal contact information (full name, email address, home address, phone number, etc.) without your permission. We encourage you to supervise your children’s online activities and use available device and browser controls.
A Special Note to Kids
If you are under 13, you may not register for an account or provide personal information to us. Please ask your parent or legal guardian for help.
Personal Information Related to Children
We do not intend to, and do not knowingly, collect personal information from children under 13 in conjunction with our Site or Services. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. Parents/guardians may request deletion of their child’s information by contacting us (see Contact).
Information We Collect
When you use the Services, we may collect the following personal information:
- Identifiers & contact details: name, address, telephone number, email address.
- Technical & usage information: information about your computer or device, operating system, Internet connection and settings, IP address, device location data (if enabled), transaction data, and cookies or similar technologies.
We collect information (a) directly from you (e.g., forms you submit), and (b) automatically as you navigate the Services (including via cookies, pixels, or web beacons).
You agree that all information you provide is true and complete. If it changes, please notify us so we can update our records.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with access to the Services and ongoing functionality.
- To understand and meet your needs and preferences.
- To determine suitability for, and your eligibility to use, our Services.
- To address problems with and improve our Site and Services.
- To develop new products or features, enhance the existing Services, and communicate with you about them (e.g., upgrades, updates, and notices).
- To comply with law and enforce our terms, and to protect our rights and users.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law and for reasonable backup, archival, audit, or similar purposes.
We may remove personal identifiers from your information and maintain and use it in de-identified and/or aggregated form. De-identified and aggregated information is owned by us and may be used for any lawful purpose.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We may share personal information as follows:
- Within our company and service providers: for hosting, storage, processing, analytics, support, and related services. Data may be stored in Canada or the United States.
- Professional advisors: our financial, insurance, legal, accounting, and other advisors.
- With consent: where you (or a child’s parent/guardian) consent.
- Transactions: as necessary to complete transactions you authorize.

- As required by law.
- Business transfers: in connection with a sale, merger, acquisition, or other disposition of assets, subject to confidentiality and continued protection of personal information.
Refusing or Withdrawing Consent
Subject to legal or contractual restrictions, you may refuse or withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your (or your child’s) personal information at any time by giving us reasonable notice. Depending on the circumstances, withdrawal may prevent us from providing some Services. We will act on your instructions as quickly as possible, but some uses cannot be stopped immediately.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you block cookies, parts of the Services may not function correctly.
Access to Your Information
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or your child. Summary information will be provided within a reasonable time. More detailed requests that require archival or other retrieval efforts may be subject to reasonable cost recovery. We may deny access where authorized by law or where disclosure would unreasonably compromise another person’s privacy.
Electronic Communication
We do not guarantee the confidentiality of communications made via email or otherwise through the Services. If you wish to provide confidential or sensitive information, please contact us to arrange secure transmission.
Third-Party Websites & Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites and services, which may have privacy practices that differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site or service. We recommend you review their privacy policies. Inclusion of a third-party link does not imply endorsement.
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
