  • What image formats are supported?

    JPEG and PNG are recommended. TIFF is supported for exports; HEIC/RAW should be converted before upload.

  • How does detection confidence work?

    Each detection includes a confidence score (0–1). We surface thresholds by use-case, and you can review borderline cases in-app.

  • Can I export detections to CSV?

    Yes. Results can be exported as CSV or JSON with timestamps, plot IDs, classes, and confidence scores.

  • Do you support shared workspaces?

    Yes. Create a workspace and invite collaborators with Viewer, Uploader, or Admin roles.

  • How do I invite my team?

    From Settings → Members, send invitations by email and choose a role. Invites expire after 7 days.

  • What are the limits on uploads?

    Typical projects allow batches up to 2,000 images per upload and 25MB per file. Contact us if you need more.

  • How do I report a false positive?

    Open the image, choose “Flag issue,” and pick the correct class. Flags improve models during the next scheduled update.

  • What happens to my data if I cancel?

    You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain it for 30 days for recovery, then delete per policy.

  • Is there an API for automation?

    Yes. Use the REST API for uploads, exports, and webhooks. Keys are scoped per workspace.
