What counts as one diagnosis?
Each photo you upload and analyze uses one diagnosis from your monthly quota. Re-reading a past result doesn't cost anything.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 10 diagnoses a month at no cost and no card required. Upgrade only when you need more.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Analysis pauses until your quota resets at the start of your next cycle, or you can move up a tier to keep going right away. You'll always see your remaining count in the app.
Can I switch or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing date, and you keep the tier you paid for until then.
Do you offer school or nonprofit pricing?
The Classroom tier is built for batched student accounts and shared quotas. For district-wide or community-program rollouts, reach out and we'll set up the right plan.
